Covenant Changes

The association membership passed the By-Law change at the June 2014 annual meeting. This will enable the Association to revisit the proposed changes to the Covenants and Reservations passed by the membership in June 2013. Since that vote from last year cannot be used to change the Covenants and Reservations another vote must be conducted. This fall the Board of Directors is considering holding a Special Meeting to allow the membership to vote again on the six proposed changes. The decision of the lot owners will result in the Fifth Amendment to the Restrictive Covenants and Reservations for Schooner Bay.
